Your muscles are so tense that you have to beat out the tenseness. That and Hollywood always exaggerates when it comes to comedy. There will be no tiny Asian lady using your back as a trampoline.

The main thing you might have to worry about is the cost of the massage. A massage can be very expensive ranging from a hundred to a thousand dollars and with the economy today many people may find it very difficult to afford one. But if you can get a massage and you are extremely tensed all the time it may be a really good idea to get a professional masseuse to relieve all your tension.
