Apparently computers and robots are replacing employs in manufacturing because of effects of new technology. More supervision in workplace by CCTV makes employs more stress. By mean time more and more employees are working in front of computer through network all days which caused major health problem and isolated from other colleagues. On the other hands technological innovation also provide employees more opportunities to apply their skills with implementing, and comparatively more time to work at home by using computers and internet. In certain dangerous workplace, more dangerous working condition was taken by robots instead of employees. And more brand new jobs associated with new developed products and goods by new technology.

As one of the productions of new technology, computers are now essential parts of manufacturing, soling and further-developing. That indicate greater isolation of employees happened in modern workplace. And more health problems are discovered by medical research such as eyes tiredness and headache or arms and wrist hurt after using computer for long period which all caused by popularly used of computers.

Large number of Unemployment that going to happen after using computers and robot as major manifesting resources. High supervision in workplace which makes employees feels stress because of using CCTV. Great distance between colleagues in workplace since computers and networking technology. Health problem like vision, muscle stain and headache happened to employees by reason of using computer for too long time during work. But new technology brings benefits to employees despite those in advantages above. New job opportunities required more staffs who have certain skills like computer processors and system managers. Flexible work time for those who work at home and use internet to transform progression. More convenient way of communication provided by using e-mail and internet. Safer work condition because of builds of robot to work in dangerous situation. Technological innovation effects whole work system, hence employees need to be ready to learn new skills and prepare for new challenges anytime, and enjoy the advantages that new technology brings which makes life much better.
